Not getting my e-passport just because I was told I am not a citizen due to the fact that I’m mixed and I have already turned 21 so I have to make a decision and renounce citizenship.


WHAT MADE YOU FIRST BECOME A MODEL? 

Honestly speaking, I was young and never thought of ever becoming a model until the day I was scouted in Westgate Mall (S.A). The minute I thought about it I just went into a trance and that’s the day I started thinking deeply about modeling.

HOW DID YOU FEEL WHEN YOU DID YOUR FIRST EVER 

FASHION SHOW OR PHOTO SHOOT?

 First ever Fashion Show I was a bit nervous for a few minutes then I started warming up 2 the crowd and how things are done…My first ever Photo shoot, it was ok, I was just laid back and being natural in front of the camera.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THE CONTROVERSY OF THE 

SIZE ZERO DEBATE IN THE INDUSTRY?

It doesn’t bother me that much, its standard


 procedure but if I was to change the modeling 


industry and bend the rules I would use fit 


women.

WHAT ARE YOUR GUILTY PLEASURES FOOD WISE?

 I really don’t have any, I am a health freak but I guess I’d have to say ice cream and chocolate.

WHAT BEAUTY TIPS DO YOU SWEAR BY?

Daily exercises and a lot of water/fluids. I wash my face at least twice a day.

HOW DO YOU KEEP A FIT AND HEALTHY BODY?



I’m a professional dancer and choreographer


, so it keeps me super fit. I Play Basketball 


and swim a lot.

And I love travelling so I will be doing a lot of it soon.First stop is Jamaica then the islands preferably Trinidad and Tobago.

Life in general, daily experiences. Life challenges and just having a passion and zeal for life. Other people’s negativity motivates me to make it I prove them wrong by working hard. My mother, owning my own entertainment Agency and being a young successful guy. Bringing change to people’s lives and inspiring them.

Sunscreen---to protect my delicate soft sensitive skin from extreme sun rays and a pair of Shades/sun glasses because I have eye problems but the aim would be looking RAVISHING in a tight predicament of being STRANDED.

. hahaha i don have any hey ... i shop anywhere and everywhere , if i like it and can afford to (even if it means walking after the purchase) buy it its definitely going home wit me!!

. i recently started buying lipstick , so im loving that, it's an instant transformation to any look .. and LIP GLOSS ... haha ,, i don wear much make up , only when i go out .. soooo im still creeping onto it . oh and mascara!

.i love Thula Sindi ,, i love Anisa Mpungwe .. because i feel they are underrated , but they do an amazing job at what they do . and Alexander McQueen because of the edginess of his pieces!

. Everything i wear , i must feel good in it , whether its just a pair jeans and T-shirt .. if it feels right then im good to go! unless someone out there has seen me and thought #WTF???!! then i dont remember any. lol

.What made you first become a model?my sister asked me to go for auditions,i was never really interested but  i fell in love with with it

.How did you feel when you did your first ever fashion show or photo shoot? 

My first show-i was a nervous wreck but i rocked that ramp,photo shoot i was a natural and very comfortable cos i was with my gals

 

.What beauty tips do you swear by?Hand lotion and Lipgloss,take care of ur hands and lips,i value them more than anything

If a young girl wanted to be a model what would your advice for them be?

its easy to join an agency but its not easy to be recognized so have faith and believe n yourself

  i have done billboards for different companies,commercial ads,cover magazine peolwane,i have worked with david tlale,thula sindi our very own mpho kuaho,taibo bacar to mention a few,also worked with carl issacs the make up artist for yardley in south africa,he used to do cindrella session on SABC 2,i have taken part in shows like botswana fashion week and Gaborone fashion nite

I would like to work with Gert johan cootze i love him,he is a very nice person,i sometimes ask advice from him,he is my face-book friend,i have  entered competitions such as -face of africa in 2008

what made you become a model: i have always been tall and many of my friends and many other people i dint know wanted me to try it out and once i did it became a passion of mine.
how did you feel when you did your  first  ever fashion show and fashion photo-shot: my first ever fashion show i was super excited, i enjoyed myself and my first shoot was just a roller-coaster, there was just alot going on at the same time. i had to do make up, hair and poses at the same time, so i just went through with it.

how do you feel about the size zero controversy debate in the industry: obviously not to happy about it because fashion is for the people not a particular group size of the people. there are different kids of beauty, curves and full figures are also beautiful.
what are your guilty pleasure food wise: melted chocolate with jelly tots, basically anything sweet.

what beauty tips do you swear by: bucket loads of confidence,sweet scent perfume and killer heels.

advice to young models: i would advice young girls interested in modeling to get their education first, modeling is a shelf job but with education they will have something to fall back on.

how do you keep fit and healthy: eating healthy and exercising,i enjoy jogging and going up kgale hill, it helps me keep in shape.

how would you describe your style:my style is about striking a balance between fashionable items and being comfortable. my look compliments my personality,its a tiny bit sexy yet sophisticated and i just love accessories.

how do you maintain a healthy sense of self esteem and positive body image: i have come to terms with what i am and who i am and i have accepted it and i appreciate myself and my self esteem right now is in a pretty good place.

what has been your favourite place to visit and why? i just love rio in brazil,its a beautiful place with alot of vibe and love.

what motivates or inspires you to achieve your goals? i love challenges and achieving a goal by my own effort is what motivates me,its a great feeling to know you did it all on your own.

if u were stranded in a desert and could only have one beauty product and one fashion item with you, what would it be and why? two things i would have will be sun screen to project my skin and shades to protect my eyes. 

what makes you happy? achieving my goals makes me happy, going to sleep knowing i achieved something always brings a smile to my face and of course WORLD PEACE:)
